Nio Inc, the prominent Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer listed as 9866.HK, has made an exciting foray into the tech world by unveiling its inaugural mobile phone.



This strategic move aims to infuse advanced software and connectivity features into Nio's electric vehicle (EV) lineup, enhancing its allure in the midst of intense pricing competition within the Chinese automotive market.


The brainchild of Chief Executive William Li, the Nio Phone was officially introduced in Shanghai, China's bustling commercial hub. During the grand unveiling, Li highlighted several remarkable features that set the Nio Phone apart. 


One standout feature allows users to control multiple Nio vehicles seamlessly using a single device. Additionally, the phone boasts the capability to unlock a Nio EV, even when it is powered off, promising a new level of convenience and accessibility for Nio car owners.
